Gregor König (born in 1966), studied Engineering and Biochemistry/Molecular Biology in Munich and Paris. He commenced his practice in the field of intellectual property
in 1993 in a Paris-based patent law firm. Gregor König represents national and international market leaders in the fields of Molecular Biology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Chemistry and Engineering before the German and European Patent Office. He specializes in complex cases before the Federal Patent Court and the Federal Supreme Court involving international invalidity and litigation strategy. He consults in international co-operation and licensing strategies. Currently, he is teaching Pharma/Biotech-Patent-Law at the University of Düsseldorf and Medical Engineering Patent-Law at the university of Aachen.
